Had a nice week and caught a few fish which is always a bonus!! Very nice location and lovely surrounding areas. Oradour sur Glane always worth a visit (2nd time for us) and also found a very nice little cafe/bar in Bellac, cafe pont du pierre, by the little river. Simple good but reasonably priced and very accommodating owners.
Fishing quite easy, just make sure you use the pellet, they do like it no doubt!!
Now back to Blighty…..Yuk!!
p.s. Make sure you go to Relais des Etangs for a meal, Gary recommended it, we went on our last night and it was superb!! Food excellent, tons of it and Jacqueline & Guy are wonderful hosts!! Opened the place just for us!!!! Wonderful..
