Catch Report and Comments:
Just wanted to say a huge thank you for letting us stay at the lodge for the week.
The communication prior to coming was perfect from Kerry and the information and help we had from Gary when here was brilliant too.
We are lucky we got to visit the cabin and see how beautiful that was as much as the lodge we had the pleasure in staying in.
Really was a lovely week. Great fish we have seen on the bank too.
11/3/22- arrived in the afternoon, after a long ferry journey overnight and a 5hr drive to the lodge. Very wet so we waited till the rain gave us a break . Chucked one rod out quick whilst unpacking and Gareth managed to bag a 38lb mirror. Great start.
12/3/22- wet start again today, cold wind and lots of prepping today. Very heavy rain.
13/3/22- quiet on the lake today, lots of very heavy rain.
14/3/22- woke to frost this morning, but Gareth got a lovely 29lb 8 mirror mid morning. Sun came out in-the afternoon.
15/3/22- overcast today but Gareth got a 35lb mirror in the day and Lynne got a stunning 23lb common in the evening.
16/3/22- overcast again today, Gareth had a 38lb 12 common.
17/3/22- overcast day, decided to keep rods outs this eve, Gareth bagged another beautiful 38lb 12 common
