Catch Report and Comments:
4th visit to the Lodge, I think it is now always a pleasure to fish here. Usually come with 4 other lads and average 80/100 between us four. Came this year with my Mrs and Children. My son fished with me till Sunday Morning then flew back home for work HaHa.
Fishing was really tough this year, weather was constant rain Friday till Wednesday morning, weather has been fine since. Fish just not interested at all. (Frogs have spawned and obviously feeding on that)
Fished right through with my son from Friday till Sunday morning to no avail, fished the days from then. I did stay out on Wednesday night had a 35lb common 4am and caught a 28lb Koi Thursday morning at 9.30am.
Big thanks to Gary for looking after us once again. Sad leaving thinking what could of been but aye that’s why it’s called fishing not catching Ha.
