Catch Report and Comments:
Saturday: We started fishing saturday about 5pm and all night but caught nout.
Sunday: Started at 7am up until 9pm and blanked again.
Monday: Big Bob caught a rainbow trout on local sausage at around 11am. 7am to 9pm Little Bob lost a nice sized mirror at the bank 🙁 but 30 mins later caught a 24 lb Mirror 🙂 Little Bob also caught a rainbow trout on local sausage about an hour later. It was bigger than Big Bob’s one!
Too cold for night fishing….
Tuesday: Abit warmer today. 11.30am Little Bob had a bite but rushed it and missed. About 12.45 Little Bob went for a lovely walk and Big Bob caught a lovely 28 lb Mirror on Little Bobs Rod 🙁
Wed’s: Baited up at 7am. Little Bob stopped at midday and Big Bob stayed out all day but blanked. (fish are jumping but not taking bait)
Thurs: Little Bob took the day off to spend with the Mrs, Big Bob caught a 13 lb Mirror at 9.30am but again no more fish caught on this day.
Fri: Both set up at 7am again switching baits back to house boilie. Little Bob caught a stunning 39 lb Mirror 🙂 at 11am. The only catch of that day.
Sat: One rod each out at 6.30am
Even though the fishing was hard every fish that we caught were stunners and well worth the wait.
